Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes, worldwide shipping is available for most products. Large canvas paintings are not able to shipped internationally currently but all other items are. You are responsible for paying duties and taxes as the buyer.
How long till I get my order?
- It depends. Prints, clothing and journals can take up to 2 weeks for production. They made and shipped through a warehouse which means the time can vary but an update will be provided once it is shipped.
Original paintings can take up to a week to ship then depending on the post office it will vary in time when it will be delivered but tracking is always provided.
Digital downloads will be sent to you immediately after purchase.
Do you take commissions?
- Yes I do, you can use the contact page to send me your inquiry for a commission and I will provide a quote.
Can I get a refund or return my order?
- No, you cannot get a refund or return at any point of your order. Once you place the order then it is official. If you receive a print that is damaged, you can contact me with photos of the damage and I can have a new print sent to you. If you receive a damaged original then please contact me with photos and we can decide how to move forward.
